We are sorry to see you not continuing the use of PetJuvenate Mobility, Support Soft Chews. Before you return it, can we ask a question, if you don't mind?
Are you sure you gave correct number of chews daily and as instructed? We want to be aware that we make a premium product with high quality and as with all supplements, they may take a little while to show results, sometimes as much as 90 days (but varying results in as little as a couple of weeks are not uncommon).
So, if you are sure you gave your dog the soft chew on a consistent basis and it is not producing a satisfactory result, then lets get you a full refund of your purchase price.
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. After you contact us we can evaluate the issue and expedite a resolution for you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once you have emailed us, and we have processed and approved your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not issue refunds via cash, check or cryptocurrency. We will only return the funds to the credit or debit card used at the time of original purchase.
